FDMA has launched a Complaint box at Headquarter for redressal and referral mechanism, the complaints will be directed to administration and strict action would be taken against each and every single complaint, the follow up will lead to the resolution of the issues addressed in the complaints.

So start your letter with something positive in order to soften the blow of your complaint and so that FDMA will be more willing to hear you.
